In general, most of us would like to be healthy and stay in shape. We create this perfect plan of attack in our minds of how we will accomplish our workout regimen. Unfortunately, the reality is that most of us never follow through with it. The best approach that I have found to have the highest rate of success is to wake up an hour earlier to workout. If you start your day with a workout, not only will it leave you more energized and pumped up for the day, but it will also eliminate any excuse that you may come up with later in the day. So many curve balls tend to come at us later in the day and if you complete the workout in the morning before you start your day, you will be able to check that off your list of daily tasks. Go ahead and try it for two weeks, and then you will realize that it is much more fulfilling.
